First Things
ROOM DESCRIPTION
The first lived in room of the house. It was a favourite of the British residents who chose to stay back in India after independence. Well, maybe because aristocrats preferred large rooms. It opens out to a balcony with views of Nainital on one side and Bhumiadhar Valley on the other. It still has a bathtub that was brought from Birmingham in the 1930s.
